What payment methods are accepted?

For booklist orders, JP Books only accepts Visa and Mastercard. For catalogue orders, you can order online and pay with Visa/Mastercard. Alternatively, you may contact JP Books to enquire about product availability, then come in-store and pay by EFTPOS. It is recommended booklist orders be placed online via the JP Books website to avoid in-store delays during peak times.

How soon can Click and Collect orders be picked up?

JP Books will send you a 'Pick Up Ready' notification email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not visit our store until you receive this notification. When you arrive in-store, simply show the notification email (from your mobile device) to our staff or tell them your order number and name for verification.

How long does it take for a Home Delivery order to arrive?

If the products are in stock, your order will usually ship within 10 working days. Orders are shipped with Australia Post.

What if a product is out of stock?

JP Books will contact you to advise the product(s) are on backorder and the expected wait time.

What if I need to return a product?
