In addition to the Postal Service, we are very happy to introduce our new 'Click & Collect Contactless Pickup Service' from the comfort of your car (only offered until Wednesday 20th January 2021). Please take advantage of these services to avoid long waiting times. The shopfront will be restricted by the number of people it can accommodate at one time.
Customers wishing to purchase over the counter sales could expect long delays to enter the shop.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER Select your book and stationery requirements and complete the required payment and delivery details. Make sure to choose the appropriate collection / delivery option.
HOW TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER 1) CLICK & COLLECT AT JP BOOKS Incurs a $5.00 Processing Fee In the month of December to mid January please allow 10 working days to process and pack your order. Some orders may take longer to process if there has been a delay from our suppliers.
A notification email will be sent once the order has been packed with the collection details Please note the Contactless pick-up service is only offered until Wednesday 20th January 2021 (see website for more details).
2) HOME DELIVERY Incurs a $10.00 Fee (Includes both the Process & Delivery Fee) Orders placed before December 18th 2020 will receive a discounted Process and Delivery fee of $5.00 You can nominate a domestic or business address. Delivery is by Australia Post eParcel. In the month of December to mid January please allow 10 working days to process and pack your order before it is dispatched. RETAIN Retain next to an item indicates that the item should be retained from 2020 for use again in 2021.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS DIGITAL CODES If a DIGITAL CODE has been selected, this will be delivered to the email address you have supplied. The email will come from Educational Ebooks & will instruct you on how to proceed. For further Frequently Asked Questions, please refer to our website under the eBook Customer Information tab. Most Digital only texts are a single user licence & are only valid for 1 year.
Please choose carefully as refunds cannot be made on any digital only products.
SUBSCRIPTIONS JP BOOKS, collects payment for subscriptions on behalf of the school. Student set up and access to subscriptions are organised through the school.
BACK ORDERS & RETURNS BACK ORDERS Any item not available at the time of packing will be marked as Back Order on your Tax Invoice. They will be supplied to students at information sessions at each of the campuses as listed below. Students will have reminder notifications via COMPASS the day before these sessions. Any uncollected items after these sessions must be collected from JP BOOKS DIRECTLY. Backordered items are to be paid in full.

RETURNS All books are sold on a firm sale basis. In special circumstances returns will be considered but only until the end of February 2021. PLEASE NOTE Sealed packs are NOT returnable if the seal has been broken. No Refunds on Digital Codes Stationery is not returnable
